Chontel on üli-intensiivse fitnesstreeningu juhendaja Queenslandis ja on oma lapseootuse progressi jaganud sotsiaalmeedias. Naine ei avalikustanud oma rasedust sugugi vara, vaid valis sellest teatamiseks aja, mil pool ootusest oli juba möödas.

Kuigi Chontel treenib siiani mitu korda nädalas, on ta ettevaatlik, et mitte last kahjustada ning ta hoidub liigsest pingest oma seljale ja põlvedele. Naine usub, et väga hea füüsiline vorm loob eeldused ka kergeks sünnituseks. "Sünnitus on täpselt nagu maraton," sõnas naine.

"Ma valmistun eelseisvaks maratoniks väga suure pühendumusega ja kõik see, millesse ma usun, kindlasti kergendab mu kogemust sünnitusel," lisas ta.

Chontel jagab oma raseduskogemusi ligi 200 000 jälgijaga sotsiaalmeedias ning loodab oma kogemuse abil muuta inimeste arusaama normaalsest rasedusest ja tahab julgustada teisi naisi.

24 WEEK BUMP UPDATE My energy is awesome, it's almost like I'm not really pregnant. Other then back at 20 weeks when I had back to back events and a ridiculous working week, I've been feeling really good! I'm already over trying to sort out a Baby Shower Venue 😩 my wants are pretty simple but I unfortunately don't have the space at my home to host it. I'm inviting my Family, Friends & my FitFam at HIIT, so estimated numbers will be 50 guest. Any suggestions in Brisbane will be amazing... 🙏🏽 What has changed... My top two abs bloody burn if a sit down for too long. Kinda think they might be splitting, what ever it is I am certain it will only get worse as I pop more an more. Little D is a corn (30cms in length) & now every movement he makes is visible to the eye. Looks really freaky hahaha... Shocks ppl every time! I've still not had any cravings, I still eat pretty much the same & am always keeping in the back of my mind that what ever I consume, Little D consumes... so it really makes you focus on good nourishing nutrition. Training has been amazing & still after every session my body & mind continues to feel more alive & energised, especially after my 5am sessions. I am so glad that I found my love for fitness & health over 5yrs ago, to built up a strong routine, to train my body to comfortably handle long working hours, late nights with early starts, to survive easily off 4-6hrs of sleep per night & most importantly I'm glad I converted my mindset to be strong, disciplined & carefree. I'm not saying this is defiantly a result to my experience (clearly I have zero evidence of this, except just my experience) but I would like to believe that because of all of my hard work prior to falling, that my body is now thanking me in return with this experience...but who the hell really knows! 16 weeks and I'll have my little man. It doesn't seem that far away & life for me hasn't really changed...
